This Refund Policy describes when refunds are issued for orders placed through TRexSMM.
1. Partial delivery
If an order is only partially delivered, the undelivered portion is automatically refunded to your account balance.
2. Failed orders
Orders that cannot be delivered are refunded in full to your balance.
3. Wrong link or details
Orders placed with an incorrect link cannot be refunded once delivery has started. Please double-check details before ordering.
4. Balance top-ups
Prepaid balance is generally non-refundable to the original payment method except where required by law.
5. Requesting a refund
Open a support ticket from your dashboard with the order ID. Eligible refunds are credited to your balance.
